GENERAL QUESTIONS

PLACING AN ORDER

Yes, you can. Many of our products can be shipped directly to your shipping address however, there are several products that will require an FFL License. We can not ship these products to you direct.

An FFL is a Federal Firearms License. Firearm dealers are required to have an up-to-date FFL in order to process the sales of a firearm or firearm accessory. For these particular products, we are required to ship only to FFL holders.

When you check out, our system will detect if the item requires an FFL. If it does in fact require an FFL the checkout process will require you to give us the information of the nearest FFL holder where you would like your order shipped to. You can then pick up your order from the FFL holder.

You will need to check with the FFL holder. Typically they charge a very small processing fee. This is normal practice in the firearm industry.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

By default we ship Standard UPS Ground. All orders are insured. We will require a signature for all packages that are equal to or greater than $200.00. There are several shipping options available. We offer UPS Next-Day, 2nd Day, and 3rd day shipping. The additional UPS charges will apply. All orders must be placed before 12:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. Any order received after will ship the following business day. We will only ship to physical US addresses. We do not ship to P.O. Box locations. If there are any issues with the shipping address you provide the shipment will be placed on hold until we receive a valid shipping address from you. We will contact you via phone if there are any problems. UPS tracking numbers are provided by email at the time of shipment. Be sure to include the correct email address when ordering from MMC Armory. You will not receive newsletters or ads from us unless you opt in. Your email address will be used only to communicate if there are problems with your order. We do our best to ship orders within 48 hours if they are in stock however, it is not guaranteed.

We ship via UPS unless instructed otherwise. All other shipping instructions must be made at the time of order.

Complete assembled firearm sales are final. We will warrant products with defects from our manufacturing facility so long as it has not been altered in any way. It must have all the original parts. The firearm will be carefully inspected by one of our gunsmiths. You must submit the warranty card for us to validate the warranty. If you purchased the wrong component or if you are not satisfied with our product within 30 days after you received it, we will refund your money. There will be a 15% restocking fee and you will be responsible for all shipping costs. Anything after 30 days (unless defective) will not be accepted. All products returned to MMC Armory must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Contact our Customer Service Department for an RMA before sending anything to our facility. If approved, we will give you shipping instructions before returning the merchandise. Products shipped in error by MMC Armory may be returned if a request is made within 30 days of receipt of order. A credit or replacement will be issued at the original price paid including all freight.

MMC Armory warrants to the initial retail purchaser that the products it sells will be free of defects in workmanship or material during his or her lifetime as long as he or she owns the product. If any failure to conform to this warranty becomes apparent during this period, MMC Armory shall upon prompt, written, notice and compliance by the customer with such instructions as it shall give with respect to the return of defective products or parts, correct such non-conformity by repair or replacement, F.O.B. factory of the defective part or parts. Correction in the manner provided above shall constitute a fulfillment of all liabilities of MMC Armory with respect to the quality of the products. This warranty shall not cover any damage or condition determined by MMC Armory to be caused by carelessness, negligence, misuse, normal wear and tear, or failure to properly maintain the product or unauthorized repairs or modifications. The foregoing warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties of quality, whether written, oral or implied [including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for purpose]. MMC Armory assumes no responsibility for damage and/or injury caused in whole or in part by hand loaded, reloaded, remanufactured, or defective ammunition. Under no circumstances shall MMC Armory. be held responsible for incidental or consequential damages with respect to economic loss or injury to property arising out of negligent use of hand loaded or manufactured ammunition, unsafe handling or unauthorized modifications to the firearm, MMC Armory. will not be responsible for the results of careless handling, unauthorized repairs and adjustments, corrosion, neglect, or unreasonable use [ordinary wear and tear excepted]. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitations above may not apply to you. This warranty is granted by MMC Armory. This warranty is effective from the date of purchase and applies to the original owner of any firearm. With respect to such firearms, this warranty supersedes any and all other warranties. Return Authorization All returns must have an authorized MMC Armory return authorization number (RA#) accompanying the firearm being returned for repair. To obtain a RA# please call the MMC Armory customer service and a RA# will be assigned to you. Any return received without an assigned RA# will be refused delivery and returned to the owner without repair. It is important that the owner comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations in the shipment of firearms to MMC Armory. Warranty claims should state the model and serial number of the firearm concerned and the description of the difficulty experienced. It is recommended that the owner insure shipments, since MMC Armory will accept no responsibility for loss or damage in transit. MMC Armory will pay transportation and insurance charges for return to owner if the claim is covered by the warranty. Under no circumstances shall MMC Armory be responsible for incidental or consequential damages with respect to economic loss, injury, death or property damage, whether as a result of breach of this warranty, negligence or otherwise. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. MMC Armory Will Not Be Responsible For Defects or malfunctions resulting from careless handling, unauthorized adjustments or modifications made or attempted by anyone other than a qualified gunsmith following MMC Armory authorized procedures, or failure to follow the disassembly instructions in the MMC Armory manual. Use of defective or improper ammunition, corrosion, neglect, abuse, ordinary wear and tear, or unreasonable use. Criminal misuse, negligence or use under the influence of drugs or alcohol. MMC Armory will repair, without charge, for the original owner, any MMC Armory rifle that is found to have a defect in material or workmanship. Eligibility for this Service Policy requires returning the Product Registration Card or registering online at www.mmcarmory.com within 30 days of purchase. The Lifetime Service Policy covers functional defects; it does not include the firearm’s finish, grips, magazines or sights. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from State to State.
